New work

As the year 2023 is slowly coming to its end, I’d love to share some of my latest works. I haven’t yet shown them here but maybe you might have seen them at one of the last ceramic markets.

This new glass dome ‘Coloured garden’ is about flowers and plants that are well known for their colouring characteristics. They provide a wide range of natural hues that can be used to dye fabrics.

Do you recognise nettle, ferns, yellow chamomile, hollyhock and ivy? They all represent another colour.

‘Fungi Fairytale’ and ‘Fungi forest’ which both celebrate the beauty and diversity of mushrooms.

‘Into the woods’, it’s one of my favourite places to wander. Isn’t it amazing how many treasures are to be found in the wood? Soft carpets of moss to rest your head upon, vivid green foliage and ferns, mushrooms in all kind of colours and shapes.

One only needs the time to look …

Some new glass test tubes and boxes in different sizes with a variety of wildflowers.

A new collection of metal antique boxes filled with porcelain treasures around a natural theme.

‘Early summer delights' surprises us with all the happiness and sweetness summer has to offer.

‘Garden of hope’ is filled with a unique collection of flower silhouettes, dried flowers, seedpods, seeds, …

Seeds hold the promise of hope for the future and will surprise us with flowers again! It’s just amazing how much potential and beauty one tiny seed contains!

Again we walk in the forest, and we’ll be astonished by all the tiny details there are to be discovered in ‘Forest Treasures’.

My tribute to the Emerald Isle is this ‘Botanical Irish fairytale’ with typical Irish flowers and plants.

In this ‘Walk through the seasons’ one can discover the beauty every season holds. From snow in winter to the first strawberries in summer and from small wood violets in spring to the famous fly agaric in autumn.
